Arrangement concept allows the Customer to assess spatial capabilities of the interior and benefits resulting from possible
changes. Analysis of this kind is especially useful when the Customer only considers alteration, renovation or adaptation of the
apartment. Based on apartment's projections privided by the Customer, several solution variants are created, usualy two or three.
One can stop at this moment, or continue cooperation within Stage 2.
Cooperation process within Stage 1
- Initial establishment of Customer's expectations and needs, establishing cooperation scope and rules, establishing fee and scheme of payments.
- Determining current state of the property based on Customer-provided pictures with precise measurements, marked water-sewerage risers, ventilation-chimney arteries and other existing installations.
- Elaborating solution's concept.
Result of Stage 1 - Interior arrangement concept
Interior arrangement concept, usually in 2-3 variants, is presented in the form of black-white pictures, without measurements (paper documentation). The concept includes:
- arrangement of partition walls and interior's functions (space organization),
- general arrangement of furniture, as well as sanitary facilities and household appliances,
- general arrangement of floors.
